Please complete the form below and upload all required materials. Both the artistic photo and payment voucher must be PNG, JPG, or JPEG files under 1 MB each.

The payment voucher will be reviewed by the organizing committee after submission. Application fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the competition committee.
